Cold-pressed from the kernels of the argan tree in southwest Morocco, the only region on earth where it grows. Ours comes from unroasted kernels, which is why it pours pale gold and carries almost no scent. High in vitamin E and oleic acid, it works on dry skin, hair ends and cuticles that split. One ingredient, USDA certified organic, in amber glass with a dropper.
Argan oil comes from the kernel of Argania spinosa, a tree that grows in one region of southwest Morocco and nowhere else. That scarcity is most of why it costs what it does. Two grades come off the press. Culinary argan uses roasted kernels and smells strongly of nuts. Cosmetic argan uses raw kernels, pours pale gold and carries almost no scent. Ours is the second. If a skincare argan smells like a nut roast, you've bought the food version. What's inside: vitamin E at roughly twice the level found in olive oil, oleic acid at around 45 percent, linoleic acid at 35, plus squalene and plant sterols. The oleic acid is what makes argan richer than jojoba and better suited to skin that runs dry. It rates zero on the comedogenic scale, so it won't block pores, though it does sit heavier on the face than a wax ester. Two or three drops at night on damp skin is the whole method.
Warm two or three drops between your palms and press into clean, damp skin at night. On hair, rub a drop through the ends after washing while your hair is still wet. For cuticles, work a drop into each nail bed before bed. Skip the roots and the scalp unless your hair runs very dry, since argan is rich enough to weigh fine hair down.
Skin feels softer overnight, and dry patches settle within a week or two. On hair, the ends look less frayed after two or three washes. Vitamin E works slowly. Give it a month before you judge what it's doing for texture. If your face feels heavy or looks shiny in the morning, drop to one drop instead of three, or switch to jojoba.
One ingredient: cold-pressed argan, USDA certified organic, from unroasted Moroccan kernels. Plenty of oils sold as argan are mostly sunflower or soybean carrying a small percentage of the real thing, and the label rarely admits it. Ours runs one line. Amber glass, because vitamin E breaks down in light. Cruelty-free and vegan. Because beauty isn't about covering up. It's about enhancing what's naturally yours.

COMMON QUESTIONS

COMMON QUESTIONS

Cold-pressed oil from the kernel of Argania spinosa, a tree that grows in southwest Morocco and nowhere else. Ours is pressed from unroasted kernels, so it pours pale gold with almost no scent. One ingredient, USDA certified organic.

It suits skin that runs dry, normal or mature, and hair that frays at the ends. It works on cuticles and nails too. If your skin runs oily or breaks out easily, our Pure Jojoba Oil is the lighter option and probably the better fit.

Two or three drops warmed between your palms and pressed into clean, damp skin at night. Damp skin gives the oil something to seal in. Nightly is fine.

On hair, work a drop through the ends after washing while your hair is still wet. Avoid the roots unless your hair runs very dry. For cuticles, a drop into each nail bed before bed. A 4 fl oz bottle lasts months at this rate.

They do different jobs. Jojoba is a liquid wax ester whose structure matches human sebum, which makes it the lighter choice and the one to pick if your skin runs oily or acne-prone. Argan is a true oil, richer, higher in oleic acid and vitamin E, and better on dry, normal or mature skin.

If you're buying for hair, argan goes on the ends and jojoba goes on the scalp. Plenty of people own both and use them for those two jobs. Argan rates zero on the comedogenic scale, so it won't block pores either way, but it does sit heavier on the face.

Two checks. Real cosmetic argan is pale gold and near-scentless, so if yours is dark and smells strongly of nuts, it's the culinary grade pressed from roasted kernels. Then read the ingredient list, because much of what sells as argan oil is sunflower or soybean carrying a small percentage of the real thing.

On results, softness shows the first night and dry patches settle within a week or two. Anything to do with texture or tone moves slower. Give it a month of nightly use before you decide.

One ingredient: cold-pressed, USDA certified organic argan oil. No hexane, no fillers, no synthetic fragrance. Cruelty-free and vegan, bottled in amber glass because vitamin E breaks down in light. For external use only. Patch test on your inner arm before your first full use and stop if irritation appears. If you have a tree nut allergy, check with your doctor first, since argan is pressed from a kernel.

Mist with our Organic Rose Water Spray first and press the argan in while your skin is still damp. That order gets more out of both.

Organic Moroccan Argan Oil for Hair & Face | Pure Cold Pressed
Organic Moroccan Argan Oil for Hair and Face — Multiple Daily Uses

Experience the nourishing power of pure argan oil, carefully sourced from Morocco and crafted to preserve its natural potency. This cold pressed and unrefined argan oil retains the full spectrum of vitamin E, fatty acids, and antioxidants that are often lost during refining. The result is a lightweight yet deeply effective oil that restores moisture to dry hair and hydrates skin without leaving a greasy finish.

Unlike heavily processed alternatives, this USDA certified organic argan oil delivers real, lasting results. Whether used for smoothing damaged hair, softening ends, or enhancing your face routine, each drop provides clean, plant-based nourishment. With Moroccan argan oil, you get a versatile solution designed to support both hair and skin—naturally and effectively.

Organic Argan Oil — Why Unrefined Processing Matters

The quality of any argan oil depends on how it’s produced. A cold pressed organic argan oil ensures that delicate nutrients like tocopherols, oleic acid, and linoleic acid remain intact. These compounds are essential for restoring moisture, improving elasticity, and protecting both hair and skin from environmental stress.

Choosing USDA certified argan oil means you’re getting the argan oil in its most natural form. Unlike refined oil, which may lose beneficial compounds during processing, a cold pressed version maintains its full nutrient profile. This makes Moroccan argan oil especially effective for daily use.

Equally important is sourcing. A USDA certified organic argan oil guarantees that the oil is free from pesticide residues and harmful chemicals. This level of purity ensures safe, consistent application—especially for sensitive skin and regular hair care routines.

One of the greatest strengths of pure moroccan argan oil is its versatility. As a moroccan argan oil hair treatment, it helps smooth frizz, add shine, and protect against breakage. A few drops applied to damp or dry hair can transform texture while keeping strands lightweight and manageable.

For face care, argan oil provides fast-absorbing hydration that supports softness and balance. Unlike heavier ones, this argan oil absorbs quickly into the skin, delivering moisture without clogging pores or leaving residue. This makes it ideal for daily use across different skin types.

Beyond hair and face, organic argan oil can be used for nails and cuticles, helping to strengthen and soften with consistent use. This multi-purpose approach simplifies your routine—allowing one oil to meet multiple needs.

Pure Argan Oil — Choose Ella and Eden Organic Argan Oil

Not all argan oil is created equal. A truly pure argan oil should be 100% pure, unrefined, and sourced from high-quality Moroccan kernels. It should also be USDA certified organic, ensuring that the oil meets strict standards for purity and safety.

At Ella & Eden, our organic argan oil is carefully produced to maintain its full potency. Each oil is cold pressed, unrefined, and bottled to preserve freshness—giving you a product that performs consistently for both hair and face care.

If you’re ready to elevate your routine, choose a Moroccan argan oil that delivers real results. Experience the difference of an organic argan oil designed for daily use—clean, effective, and rooted in nature.
